Meet AnaRosa Oliveira, LMFT

It’s time to find joy in life again.

You remember a time when anger, resentment, and overwhelm weren’t the “norm” … but those days feel like a distant memory. Don’t you wish you had the tools to change that?

You’re in the right place.

I’m AnaRosa, and I help women just like you: ones that have it within them to live balanced, joyful lives, but just need the guidance and support to get there.

I help my clients find clarity, confidence and fulfillment by giving them the space they need to tune out the outside noise and tune into their own needs. Your circumstances are unique, so I put the time and effort into meeting you where you are at and helping you get clear on the changes you want to see in your life.

During our work together I’ll help you heal your past and manage your present in ways that are more aligned with who you want to be and how you want to show up in your life. That may look like uncovering patterns that served you well at one point but don’t help you presently. In our sessions, you’ll gain clarity around your emotions and triggers, develop communication skills, and set boundaries where needed. Through our work together, you’ll be able to get your needs met and reconnect with the wisest, most compassionate part of yourself.

I am dedicated to helping women lead richer lives and have healthier relationships

My training in marriage and family therapy means I have the expertise you need and deserve when healing your relationship with yourself and others. But at the end of the day, you want to know you’re working with someone who “gets” what it means to be a woman struggling with putting yourself first, right?

As a mom and therapist, I get just how heavy the mental, emotional, and physical load can be and how easy it is to lose yourself in your various roles. I know just how important it is to work with a therapist you feel safe with and genuinely connect with. When we work together, you won’t just get a trained therapist. You’ll get someone who truly understands what you’re going through, who is rooting for you, and who you can finally get real and vulnerable with. You don’t have to keep struggling alone.

As a therapist I believe

You are worthy of love and care, and healing is one of the most generous things you can do for the world.

Emotions heal when they are witnessed and validated, and you can feel safe, seen and understood in your relationships.

Loving and accepting ourselves for who we are, scars and all, is one of the most courageous things we can do.

It is truly an honor to hold space for clients, and I’m humbled by the trust and vulnerability of doing this work.
