  1. Reach Out

    Schedule a free 15 minute consultation call. We’ll talk about what your hoping to work on in therapy, and you’ll get a chance to ask me any questions you have. If we are a good fit to work together, we can go ahead and schedule a session.

  2. Get Support

    We’ll meet weekly or bi-weekly via Zoom for 50 minute sessions. Just grab your headphones, comfy blanket and a cup of tea or coffee and we’ll dive deep into the issues blocking you from living your best life.

  3. Experience change

    When you’ve achieved all of your therapy goals and the time feels right to you, you’ll be able to move forward from therapy knowing you have the inner resources and tools to handle what life throws at you with confidence.
